Black Box VR

My 5 years as GM at Black Box VR had some amazing high points and I made some lifelong friends during that experience. At its core, the idea of gamifying fitness and leveraging virtual reality can be life changing. Black Box VR is one of those LBE ventures that started from the ground up with just the inspirational idea and a desire on figuring out a way to make it reality. There were a ton of design obstacles to get this platform to market. As a team, we built hardware and software systems from the ground up and designed how they would fit into a retail ecosystem. At one point, Black Box VR had 2 wholly-owned locations (Boise & San Francisco) and build-outs in 5 EoS Fitness locations. Currently, Black Box VR only has a flagship location in Meridian, Idaho.
